Why? A Complicated Love by Daniel Kemp

Why? A Complicated Love. This is a story set in a web of despair, sex, unreachable emotion and desperate love.
One man’s crippling injuries, caused by an unprovoked, racist, vicious attack, ruin the lives of everyone around him. Terry Meadows, a nineteen-year-old boy who is stricken with love with the main character Laura, is thrown into the disturbing life that surrounds her and the whole family.
This twisted, interconnecting matrix in which Francis, Laura’s father, is compelled to live, destroys and distorts his daughter’s image of life beyond any known repair. This sad tragedy, with only a glimpse of happiness, tragically ends in an unforeseen manner.
